Aren't these cards just the cutest? Who else loves cupcakes and pink owls? I thought hosting a giveaway would be a great way to celebrate my 2-year Blogiversary with all of you!
If you weren't a Classy & Fabulous reader then, here's a flashback to my first year Blogiversary (and 100th post). Like last year, I have a lot of new and big plans for this blog and fun posts coming your way. I also have a few new fun series' ideas up my sleeve too so I hope you'll join me for those. :)
I also wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank each and every one of you for stopping by to read my posts, leaving me a comment, sending me a personal e-mail, or asking a thought-provoking question. I have met so many kind and generous ladies through blogging and have now made some awesome friendships here too! I love the blogging community and am continually amazed by your stories, your creativity and your insight. While I have a great passion for sharing the classy woman message with the women of the world, it is you ladies who make it so much more fun. Thank you for being You!
My good friends at Pear Tree Greetings want to give one lucky mama a set of 24 kids Valentine cards with shipping to one lucky reader. I received a sample packet of some of what they offer and I fell in love with so many of their cards. While I'm drawn to all the girly, pink and sweet cards there are a bunch of cute robot, monster and dinosaur cards for the little boy in your life too! Can't decide on just one design? Pear Tree has Valentine variety packs too like the one shown at the top of this post or you can choose 3 individual designs with 8 per pack.
To enter, just leave a comment with your dream Valentine's date or maybe you've already experienced it, and are willing to share with us! :) For a second entry: leave another comment letting me know that you are a follower of Classy & Fabulous. That's it! Easy, peasy. Random.org will select the winner.

I love the Owl Be and Bee Mine Cards. They certainly are classy but still perfect for children. Hope to win, it would make my daughters very happy to send out these Valentines!
ReplyDeleteValentines Date: I LOVE getting dressed out and going out to a nice restaurant. The kind where kids are discouraged to go. I know it may seem boring to some but sometimes simple is good. Having a great conversation with the one I love, eating good food and not feeling rushed are treasured!

ReplyDeleteHappy Blogiversary!
How cute! Um, a great Valentine's for me would be to travel to Door County (Wisconsin) to stay at the White Gull Inn and have as many meals possible there during our stay. No, I've never done it--too expensive.
ReplyDeleteThanks for a chance to win!
I'm a follower, too!

ReplyDeletemy first valentine's date with my husband (then bf) he got me flowers, took me out to a fancy restaurant, and brought me back to his apt for champagne while a list of my favorite songs were playing. it wasn't super creative but he put SO MUCH effort into it. clearly he wanted it to be fabulous so it was to me.
I have had a few good valentines dates but the best was when a ex took me 4 hours to the beach and walked on the sand and had a nice dinner and went home

Best (and only) Valentine's date I've had is with my boyfriend. He is an astronomer, and often he has to go to work out at the McDonald Observatory in Ft. Davis, Texas. The weekend of Valentine's Day, we made the drive out there together, stayed one night in a small, artsy town called Marfa, and then spent Valentine's Day up in the mountains at the Observatory. We got to see the stars (but no planets since the telescopes were closed due to ice) and a beautiful West Texas sunrise the morning after. Since we had to stay at the Astronomer's Lodge (which hasn't been updated since the 70s, I don't think), it certainly wasn't swanky and our Valentine's night dinner was essentially a microwave TV dinner, but it was a wonderful trip. It was a great first Valentine's with my boyfriend! :D
ReplyDeleteAlso, just a side note, I'm a third grade teacher, and I would really love to get these cards to give to my students this year!
Thanks for the chance to win!

My favorite Valentine celebration had to be when our home had just been destroyed by a leaky pipe 6 days before Valentine's day and my husband took me away to the coast anyway! We left it all behind for a few days and only thought about each other. We came back refreshed and ready to deal with the disaster. Things like that are probably why we are still married after 25 years!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the opportunity to win something so lovely!

I just stumbled onto your blog last week. I love it. As for my favorite Valentine's Day - I think it would have to be the first time my husband (obviously remembering when I told him how my daddy used to my mum a big bouquet of flowers and my sisters and I each a smaller bouquet) came home with flowers for me - and our daughter. Then we had another daughter, and now he buys for the three of us.
ReplyDeleteMy dream valentines date would be a walk in central park and dinner! so wishing....
